Alonso upbeat about McLaren progress

– Fernando Alonso says he is pleased with the progress McLaren has made as he returned to action during Friday practice for the Malaysian Grand Prix.Alonso had not driven the MP4-30 since he crashed out of the second pre-season test a month ago and sustained a concussion which forced him out of the Australian Grand Prix, but the Spaniard was able to complete 45 laps across the two sessions at Sepang and set the 16th quickest time."Today really feels like the second day of testing for me – I had one solid day's running in Barcelona during the winter, when I did 63 laps, and I managed 45 today," he said.
