Vettel admits spin was a result of pushing too hard

Sutton Images Enlarge Sebastian Vettel admitted he was pushing too hard when he spun out of the second practice session at the Malaysian Grand Prix. During his first hot lap on the medium tyres, Vettel lost the rear of his Ferrari on entry to Turn 11 and ended up just short of the gravel trap on the outside of the corner. It meant he ruined his shot at a quick lap on the faster compound, but he said he was simply trying to push the limits. "I didn't finish my lap … I pushed a little bit too hard," he said.
