Magnussen & Kvyat eliminated before race start

Kevin Magnussen & Daniil Kvyat have both been ruled out of the Australian Grand Prix before the race even begins. As we reported not long ago, Valtteri Bottas has been ruled out of the race in Melbourne due to his back injury, but a further two cars have been eliminated since. The lights at the end of the pitlane turned green with thirty minutes to go, and the drivers peeled out onto the track to complete installation laps and head to the grid. McLaren's weekend has been bad enough already after qualifying at the very back, but things immediately went downhill when Kevin Magnussen slowed and stopped on track with smoke billowing from the back of his MP4/30.
