Van der Garde verdict due on Wednesday

Sutton Images Enlarge Giedo van der Garde will find out on Wednesday whether a Victoria court has ruled in favour of his legal challenge to drive for Sauber at this weekend's Australian Grand Prix. Van der Garde took Sauber to court due to his belief he had a deal in place last year which guaranteed him a race seat in 2015. A Swiss arbitrary court already ruled in his favour, stating Sauber could not deny him a place in the team. However Sauber says this was "not a final verdict" and has defended its right to sign Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr.
