Sauber decision on Wednesday

Giedo van der Garde will have to wait until Wednesday to find out if he will drive for Sauber at the Australian Grand Prix this weekend after the Supreme Court of the Australian state of Victoria reserved making a judgement. The case was heard in Melbourne on Monday morning, but a ruling will not be made until 10am on Wednesday (11pm Tuesday GMT), just two days before the opening practice session of the new season. Van der Garde claims the team have reneged on a deal to give him a 2015 race seat after serving as their reserve driver last season.
