Sauber cite ‘danger' concerns in Van Der Garde court action
The court action taken by Giedo Van Der Garde against Sauber looks set to drag on for a little while, as Felipe Nasr & Marcus Ericsson could also end up bringing the team to court. The brewing saga at Sauber began towards the end of last year, when it was announced that Felipe Nasr & Marcus Ericsson would be joining the team as race drivers for 2015. This seemed to be a surprise to 2014 race driver Adrian Sutil, who was under the impression that he had a valid contract for this season, as well as to Giedo Van Der Garde, who claims the 2015 race seat was given to him in June 2014. The former Caterham man joined Sauber at the end of 2013, and acted in the role of test and reserve driver. He...
