Ferrari will supply Manor GP old engine in 2015

Sutton Images Enlarge Ferrari has verbally agreed a deal to supply Manor Grand Prix with a 2014 engine so it can return to the grid this season. Manor GP, formerly Marussia, is nearing a return to the grid this year after it exited administration on Thursday. A recent meeting of the F1 Strategy Group voted not to allow the team back on the grid with a 2014 car but it is still pressing ahead with its return based on an agreement it had among the teams at the end of last season. Marussia was powered by Ferrari last season and Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene says it has verbally agreed to supply Manor with engines this year if it is successful in its return.
