McLaren completes filming day in Barcelona
+ McLaren has completed a filming day in Barcelona ahead of the second pre-season test at the circuit. Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button managed just 79 laps between them with the new Honda-powered MP4-30 at the opening test at Jerez earlier this month, owing to early teething problems. The team arrived at the Circuit de Catalunya early to use one of its ‘promotional’ days of running to put some mileage on its new 2015 car, with Button at the wheel. Teams are allowed two designated filming days per season, but are limited to 100km on Pirelli’s promotional tyres.
