Maldonado: Lotus has 'all the tools' to win again

+ Pastor Maldonado is confident that Lotus has “all the tools” necessary to win again this season after a miserable campaign in 2014. Maldonado joined the Enstone-based squad from Williams at the end of 2013, but while his former team was resurgent last year, Lotus scored just 10 points.
