Haas hires ex-Red Bull designer Taylor

Gene Haas' team will enter F1 next year Sutton Images Enlarge Former Red Bull chief designer Rob Taylor will oversee the design of Haas F1's 2016 challenger. Haas is due to join the grid in 2016 and last year announced Dallara would oversee the construction of its maiden F1 car, though Autosport reports Taylor has been appointed chief designer to oversee the project. Taylor designed Red Bull's first F1 car after it brought Jaguar, before he moved on to McLaren. Car liveries are currently a hot topic following the car launches and Red Bull's striking RB11 test colours.
