Alonso patient over early McLaren issues

– Fernando Alonso says he has patience after McLaren was able to complete only six laps on the first day of testing at Jerez on Sunday.Alonso took to the circuit during the morning session and racked up three installation laps before embarking on a short run, during which he set a time 18 seconds off of the pace set by Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.Alonso returned to the garage where he remained for the rest of the day as the Honda-powered MP4-30 was hit by problems.But the Spaniard downplayed McLaren's lack of running with new engine supplier Honda and pointed to his previous five years with Ferrari as justification."My patience was proved for the past five years, I have no...
