F1 2014: GPUpdate's driver rankings – Part 2
– A month on from the conclusion of the 2014 Formula 1 season, GPUpdate.net presents its driver rankings. In the second of a two-part series, we discuss the performances of those occupying places 12-1 on the list.12: Jean-Éric VergneVergne was fleetingly impressive in 2014 but the writing was on the wall from mid-2013 when Red Bull plumped for Daniel Ricciardo. To Vergne's credit, he bounced back stronger on-track and more assured off it. The issue was that his first part of the year was completely scuppered by problems outside of his control. Once those subsided he was regularly challenging for points and on occasion starred, with his charge to sixth place in Singapore outstanding....
