Ferrari backed to snap out of doldrums

Ferrari President Sergio Marchionne has rallied the troops ahead of the 2015 season, calling on them to back Maurizio Arrivabene and to thrive on change. The Italian marque are coming off a disastrous campaign going by the usual lofty high standards as they failed to score a race victory this year - the first time since 1993 that they have didn't claim a P1. The team also lost double World Champion Fernando Alonso at the end of the season with the Spaniard moving to McLaren. Ferrari, though, are determined to return to the glory days and they have made plenty of changes with four-time World Champion Sebastian Vettel replacing Alonso while off the track Marchionne has taken over from Luca...
