Ecclestone: Korea had to be added for 2015

– Bernie Ecclestone has claimed that the Korean Grand Prix had to be added to the 2015 Formula 1 calendar for legal reasons.The return of the Yeongam event, which previously hosted the sport from 2010-2013, was a surprise outcome of this month's World Motor Sport Council meeting.The move has been linked to engine allocation, with a schedule of more than 20 races allowing drivers to use five units per season as opposed to four.But Ecclestone says it relates to an agreement with event organisers, which stipulated that the race would only be absent from the roster for a year."They [the organisers] would rather it not happen," Ecclestone explained."We have a contract with...
