Toro Rosso confirms Nielsen departure

He joined the Faenza-based outfit ahead of the 2013 season, having previously held a similar role at Caterham.
Nielsen became part of the F1 circus in 1986 and has previously worked for Lotus, Tyrrell, Honda, Arrows and Benetton/Renault.
Toro Rosso announced the news on Twitter, giving no reason for his departure and no information on who will be replacing him as sporting director.
