Russell wins prize McLaren F1 test

– George Russell will receive a Formula 1 test with McLaren after winning the prestigious McLaren Autosport BRDC award during a ceremony in London.Russell, 16, claimed five wins on his way to this season's BRDC Formula 4 championship and competed for the BRDC award against five rivals, in which they were tested in Formula 2, Mercedes DTM and McLaren GT machinery.The Briton's season also took him to Europe, where he participated in the Formula Renault 2.0 Alps Series, placing fourth overall, and the Formula Renault 2.0 European Series, which yielded one win from four.Russell will test a McLaren next year, alongside his prize of £100,000, BRDC Membership and a helmet."It's been a...
