Ricciardo ‘more and more excited’ with every race
Daniel Ricciardo has warned his F1 rivals that his motivation will be higher than ever when the 2015 season gets underway. The Australian defied sceptics by not only overcoming the perceived weight of lining up alongside four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel at Red Bull Racing this season, but overshadowing the German to take the only real fight to Mercedes as the German giant rolled to the title. Ricciardo won three times in all, the only driver apart from Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg to stand on the top step of the podium, and eventually finished third in the standings.
