Paffett to leave McLaren at end of season

– Gary Paffett is to leave McLaren at the end of the season, as the team prepares to switch engine partner from Mercedes-Benz to Honda.Paffett has held a variety of test and reserve roles since joining McLaren in 2006, duties he combined with a Mercedes race seat in Germany's DTM championship.With McLaren's long-time Mercedes affiliation coming to an end and Paffett continuing to compete in the touring car series with HWA, the two parties will go their separate ways."I've loved working for McLaren and hope my feedback and input over the years has been beneficial," Paffett reflected."The engineers I've worked with have been kind enough to say that it has.
