+ Felipe Massa says a slow pitstop cost Williams a chance of finishing on the podium in the United States Grand Prix. Massa, who started third, lost out to Daniel Ricciardo at the second round of stops after a tardy tyre change from his Williams crew, dropping to fourth. Despite a late fightback the Brazilian could not pass the Red Bull man, missing out on what would have been his second podium finish of the year. “I had a very good start to get up to third place and we showed strong pace throughout the race, but unfortunately a slower than normal pitstop allowed Ricciardo to jump me and this could have cost us a podium which was possible,” Massa said. “These things happen though and...
