Caterham’s buyers say they met all conditions of sale

October 24th, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Engavest SA have issued a statement in response to Tony Fernandes who claimed that they failed to meet the conditions of sale. Over the past couple of days both Fernandes and Engavest SA (the company trying to buy Caterham) have issued statements about Caterham’s situation with each pointing the finger at the other.
