Kubica still holds hope of 'dream' F1 comeback
Robert Kubica still holds hope that a Formula 1 comeback might be possible within the next few years should further surgery to his hand and arm prove successful. The Polish driver was involved in an accident whilst competing in a rally ahead of the 2011 F1 season. His right-hand was partially severed and his arm badly injured. Despite various operations and physiotherapy, he's yet to regain full movement which would make driving an F1 car near impossible due to the dimensions of the cockpit - though he has enjoyed a relatively successful World Rally Championship career since.
