Palmer eyes F1 shot after GP2 title win

Jolyon Palmer says he is 'confident' that he can make the progression to Formula 1, having sealed the GP2 championship with a victory in Russia.
Palmer, 23, claimed his fourth win of the year on Saturday to move into an unassailable lead at the top of the standings, ahead of Williams reserve driver Felipe Nasr and McLaren youngster Stoffel Vandoorne.
Palmer is not hopeful that he can make the step up to Formula 1 in 2015.
