FIA to meet F1 teams to discuss Japan

The FIA is set to meet with the F1 teams to discuss the events of the Japanese Grand Prix and to attempt to find a way of controlling speeds in yellow flag conditions. Jules Bianchi remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital after going off-track in a double waved yellow flag zone at Suzuka and hitting a recovery tractor. Race director Charlie Whiting has already prepared an initial report for FIA president Jean Todt and said the next step is a meeting with all the teams in Russia on Saturday to try and finalise a way of restricting speeds in such situations in future. “I think there are some things to learn, and we want to engage with all the teams and the drivers to make...
