Bianchi taken to hospital after crash

Marussia F1 Team Jules Bianchi has been taken to hospital unconscious following an accident at the Japanese Grand Prix. Bianchi went off at Dunlop Curve, where Adrian Sutil had crashed a couple of minutes previously. Sutil said that Bianchi hit the recovery vehicle which was tending to the Sauber. The driver is not conscious, he has been sent to the hospital by ambulance because the helicopter cannot go in these conditions," said FIA press officer Matteo Bonciani. "Further updates will follow - for the moment we cannot say anything. We will keep you updated as fast as we can."
