Mattiacci: Too early to judge changes

Marco Mattiacci insists it is "still too early" to say whether Ferrari's decision to change presidents will have an impact on the F1 team. Last month, Luca di Montezemolo announced that he was stepping down at Ferrari president, bringing to an end his 23-year career with the Italian stable. At the same time it was confirmed that Sergio Marchionne, Fiat's CEO, would be taking the reins. And Mattiacci says only time will tell whether this will have an impact on the Formula 1.
