Vergne: 'Incredible' Singapore sixth showcases potential

Jean-Eric Vergne hopes his superb sixth-place finish in Sunday’s 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix will help secure his Formula One future beyond the end of the 2014 season.Vergne was left without a drive for next year after Red Bull elected to promote Max Verstappen to a full-time Toro Rosso seat alongside Daniil Kvyat.
