Rosberg: Mercedes must overcome reliability issues

+ Nico Rosberg has urged his Mercedes team to get on top of its reliability issues after he was forced to retire from the Singapore Grand Prix. Rosberg was beset by an electrical malfunction ahead of the race which meant he was left stranded on the grid on the formation lap. He started from the pitlane but failed to make any real progression up the order as his car was stuck in energy harvesting mode, meaning he was around three seconds a lap slower than the frontrunners.
