Ricciardo backs coaching ban
Daniel Ricciardo believes the FIA have made the right decision in allowing teams to impart technical information to the drivers.
Ahead of this weekend's Singapore GP, the FIA announced a clampdown on radio messages that assisted drivers.
Initially the ban was on sporting and technical information, however, motorsport's governing body backed down a bit ahead of first practice.
As a result, technical information is still permitted but driving advice is not.
Ricciardo agrees with the limits.
"I think what is good is they have quit the driver coaching, that is a good thing," the Red Bull racer told Autosport.
