Kamui Kobayashi set to race in Singapore

Kamui Kobayashi is set to keep hold of his seat at Caterham F1 Team for this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix despite being dropped for sessions in Belgium and Italy. The Japanese driver joined the beleaguered backmarkers at the beginning of the 2014 season under the ownership of Malaysian businessman Tony Fernandes. However, following his sale of the team in July to a group of Swiss and Middle Eastern investors, Kobayashi has found himself at risk of losing his seat as he does not provide great amounts of finance to the team as traditional pay drivers do. At the Belgian Grand Prix, three-time Le Mans winer Andre Lotterer was drafted in to replace Kobayashi, and he was set to be replaced by...
