Boullier calls on McLaren to ‘dig deep’
McLaren racing director Eric Boullier has called on the team “to dig deep” for the remainder of the 2014 season. It's been a tough year so far for McLaren, with the season-opening Australian Grand Prix the only time it has had a driver on the podium. However, recent races have seen the team fighting more with the likes of Red Bull and Ferrari, and Boullier says he wants the intensity to remain the same in order to take momentum in to 2015. “The start of the fly-aways marks the final chapter of the world championship season,” Boullier said. “It's a time when the whole team needs to dig deep as we continue our work to improve the car and carry some positive momentum across the...
