+ Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has laughed off 'paranoid' suggestions that Nico Rosberg deliberately handed the lead to Lewis Hamilton during the Italian Grand Prix. Rosberg took the early lead in Monza after his team-mate suffered a sloppy start owing to a start procedure error that dropped him to fourth. Hamilton quickly recovered to second and was putting the German under pressure early in the second stint when Rosberg ran straight on at the first chicane on lap 29, handing the Englishman the lead.
