ERS problem ends Alonso's points run

– Fernando Alonso's impressive run of points finishes was ended by an Energy Recovery System (ERS) issue at the Italian Grand Prix.The Ferrari driver had scored in all races since last year's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, while he had not retired since that season's Sepang event."After a long run of trouble-free races, it's a real shame I had to retire here in Monza, in front of all our fans.
