Vergne's qualifying hampered by exhaust issue

SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, August 23rd, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Jean-Eric Vergne had an exhaust issue in Q3 which meant he only had one shot at qualifying. The Frenchman was unable to run at the beginning of the session because he had an exhaust problem. He will start the Belgian Grand Prix from 12th place. Toro Rosso technical director James Key felt the team sent him out too early as the track improved later in the session.
