Frijns unsure what Caterham buyout means for his future

Robin Frijns says that he is uncertain of his future at Caterham, following the teams buyout by a group of Swiss-Middle Eastern investors earlier this week. Frijns, the 2012 Formula Renault 3.5 champion, has spent the majority of this season on the sidelines since signing as Caterham’s reserve driver earlier this year. Free practice in Silverstone marked the Dutchman’s first race weekend run with the team of 2014, but the 22-year-old spent the majority of the morning session stuck in the garage with what he revealed was an electrical issue, which caused an engine misfire.
