Haas Automation to sponsor Ferrari

Gene Haas' Haas Automation has been announced as a new Ferrari sponsor amidst talk of a technical partnership in 2016. Haas will enter Formula 1 in two years and has made it known that he is trying to "nail down a technology partner" with one of the sport's existing manufacturers and had spent "lot of time with Ferrari." And although that deal is not yet done, the American's company has strengthened ties with Ferrari through a sponsorship deal. The deal, which comes into force immediately and will run until the end of 2015, will see the Ferrari F1 cars sporting the Haas logo on the side pods.
