Chilton, Perez get Austrian grid penalties

Max Chilton and Sergio Perez have both been blamed for causing collisions during the Canadian Grand Prix and, subsequently, have been handed penalties by the race stewards. Max Chilton was blamed for hitting his team-mate Jules Bianchi on the opening lap which brought out the safety car. The stewards handed the Briton a three-place grid penalty for the next event in Austria. Chilton claimed his innocence afterwards, but the stewards didn't agree with his view.
