Hamilton: Dirty air caused brake failure
– Lewis Hamilton says the time he spent behind Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg led to his exit from the Canadian Grand Prix.Both Silver Arrows machines suffered a loss of MGU-K drive during Sunday's 70-lap encounter, but while Rosberg was able to reach the chequered flag in second position, Hamilton retired with a brake failure."The thing is I was following him and when you are following someone you are getting more heat – he was in clean air the whole time in front and so there was not much I could do," Hamilton explained to reporters."When I finally came out in front everything was already cooked so there was nothing I could do.
