Perez yet to run at optimal level

Even though he finished on the podium in Bahrain last month, Sergio Perez believes his Force India car hasn't reached its full potential yet this season. While the Mexican finished in third place at Sakhir during the third race of the season, his team-mate Nico Hulkenberg has been the more consistent Force India driver so far this year, having not finished outside the top six in any of the four races so far. While Perez acknowledged that a single podium position in an unfancied car was already something of an achievement, he admitted that he needs to repeat that performance elsewhere if Force India are to meet their targets.
