Red Bull appeal begins in Paris

Red Bull's appeal against Daniel Ricciardo's exclusion from the Australian Grand Prix has begun at the FIA's headquarters in Paris.Red Bull is seeking to overturn the stewards' decision to exclude Ricciardo for consistently exceeding the maximum permitted fuel flow rate, with Ricciardo having finished second in the grand prix originally. Team principal Christian Horner is present at the appeal along with chief technical officer Adrian Newey and chief engineer of car engineering Paul Monaghan. The FIA's representatives include F1 race director Charlie Whiting and head of powertrain Fabrice Lom.Mercedes is present and participating in the appeal, while the hearing is also being witnessed by...
