Lotus was stuck near the back during the race in Bahrain Sutton Images Enlarge Technical director Nick Chester believes Lotus is on the verge of establishing itself as a regular points finisher again despite a frustrating time at testing in Bahrain. The first in-season test was much like the pre-season at the Sakhir circuit for Lotus, with power unit issues severely limiting the team's mileage. But Chester is convinced Lotus has caught up with Toro Rosso, who have had three points finishes to its name so far this season, after seeing a big step forward in pace between the last two race weekends.
