Dennis slams Vettel outburst

McLaren boss Ron Dennis has criticised Sebastian Vettel's sweary condemnation of F1's quieter sound in 2014.Ahead of the Malaysia GP a week ago, the Red Bull driver witheringly dismissed the tinny - and widely unpopular - tone of the V6 engines as "sh**t". It's understood that Vettel has since received an unofficial rebuke from FIA President Jean Todt, but it was the sentiment as much as the choice of language that disappointed the McLaren boss as Dennis launched a strong defence of the 'new F1' in the Bahrain paddock.
