Todt open to louder, less fuel efficient engines

FIA president Jean Todt says he wouldn't be against making the V6 engines louder and if necessary, reducing the fuel efficiency of the power units either. The Frenchman however has urged for "calm", believing the racing will be more exciting as Formula 1 visits different circuits which are more open to overtaking than Melbourne's Albert Park. "There should be calm before reaction," he told broadcaster RAI. "Instead [of limited fuel] it was the aerodynamics of the cars and the circuit in Melbourne, for example, that has never been very good for overtaking. "I am convinced that very soon we will see a lot of overtaking," he added. "So let's wait...
