McLaren expecting wins in 2014 – Button
Jenson Button has made it clear ahead of the first round of the 2014 season that his McLaren team expects to win multiple races this year.
The Woking-based outfit suffered a disastrous 2013 campaign with the difficult MP4-28, failing to register a top three result for the first time since 1980.
The Brit's 15th season in F1 will start this weekend and he can't wait to get back to racing. He doubts he can score his fourth victory at the Albert Park Circuit this weekend, but he believes the team's new MP4-29 has the potential to be a race winning car.
'I would be very disappointed if we find out we are in the same situation as last year,' he told media in Melbourne on Thursday.
