Renault: Merely a flesh wound, nothing fatal

Ahead of the second pre-season test Renault's Remi Taffin believes the major issues that dogged the teams using his company's engines in Jerez have been resolved.Between them, over the course of the four day test, the three teams using Renault power units completed just 151 laps (415 miles), compared to 445 laps (1,224 miles) for the three teams using Ferrari units and the 875 laps (2,407 miles) completed by the four teams under Mercedes power.While Red Bull's problems were mainly thought to be to do with the packaging of Renault unit within the RB10, all three teams suffered hardware and software issues.In a teleconference Taffin said he believes the issues are on their way to being...
