Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff says he feels the latest generation of F1 cars are a 'a mind-blowing display of innovation' despite the various issues encountered by teams during the recent test at Jerez.The first outing for the distinctive new machines was overshadowed somewhat by a myriad of issues that resulted in limited running for a number of teams – most notably those using Renault engines.Mercedes by contrast enjoyed a more successful time on track and Wolff admitted that what had been seen in Spain was an indication of F1 pushing the boundaries when it comes to technology.“When the decision was made a couple of years ago that this new format should be introduced, I thought...
