Jerez test in numbers - Mercedes takes charge

After the conclusion of the four day pre-season test at Jerez, the conclusion has been that the Mercedes engines have been the most reliable units while the Renaults have not. Ferrari is wedged between the two engine manufacturers but tilts more towards Mercedes than Renault. The fastest time came from Kevin Magnussen, a time he set on the third day (remember two of the four days were partially wet), with Mercedes-powered cars occupying the top four slots. Kimi Raikkonen's time came on the second day, suggesting that the Ferrari may have a bit of pace to challenge the silver cars this season.
