Caterham CT05 breaks cover at Jerez

– Caterham's latest Formula 1 challenger, the CT05, has made a delayed testing debut at Jerez. The Leafield-based outfit had intended to present its new machine prior to track action getting underway in Spain, but an unforeseen car packaging issue delayed the reveal until shortly before 3pm local time (GMT +1). The Renault-powered car is another to feature an 'anteater' nose, but the team has taken the concept to a new level by attaching it under a stepped upper element, in turn greatly reducing the size of the front wing pylons.
