Aerodynamics still important, says Symonds

– Although the sport's new turbocharged 1.6-litre V6 engines are set to take centre stage this season, Williams Technical Director Pat Symonds says aerodynamics will remain a key aspect of Formula 1. Symonds, talking after the first images of the team's FW36 were unveiled, has argued that while various aero elements have been narrowed and outlawed for 2014, there is still sufficient scope for development. "F1 is still going to be an aerodynamic formula in 2014," said Symonds.
