Schumacher stable overnight

Michael Schumacher's condition is improving but the seven-time Formula champion remains in critical condition following his skiing accident.The medical team are due to give an update on his condition at 10am this morning. Schumacher spent a third night in intensive care at the University Hospital of Grenoble after he hit his head on a rock and was airlifted off Meribel's slopes on Sunday. The 44-year-old has since undergone two operations to release some of the pressure on his brain and removed a dangerous haematoma.
