Q&A with Monisha Kaltenborn

Since the summer break Sauber, with a little help from the changes to the tyre compounds, has been a team re-born, team principal Monisha Kaltenborn reflects.The first half of the season was anything but satisfying for the team - seven points after ten races was a modest harvest. Nevertheless, since the Italian Grand Prix the team has shown a significant improvement: the Swiss outfit scoring no less than 38 points in the last four races.
